The story of Broody Hen began in 2018 when Summerhall Distillery, which also produces Pickering’s Gin, was searching for casks for its oak-aged gins across the Highlands, islands, and Lowlands of Scotland. Layers of rich Manuka honey are joined by caramel, apples, and vanilla.
