A nice sake for ageing which reveals itself in time, in its youth a herbaceous nose, slightly spicy (coriander, nutmeg), a mouth composed of several sequences sometimes floral (gentian) then fruity (banana), a touch of bitterness, then vanilla tips. Tends to harmonize with the years.
