Whiskey: Penelope Rye Tokaji Cask Finish
With a lovely nose carrying just a hint of spice blended with supple honeysuckle and raisins, Penelope Bourbon’s rye is a unique, full-bodied whiskey. Prior to bottling, the whiskey is aged for six years then finished for a further 11 months in Tokaji sweet wine casks. Those vessels add a distinctively sweet and decadent profile, as well as a creamy mouthfeel and spicy, honeyed finish.
