Brilliant pale straw yellow with persistent mousse. On the nose some flint, strawberries, orange peel, candied ginger. On the palate a coarse-grained mousse, a deep and substantial structure with a lot of fruit texture, then unfortunately seems a bit cloudy in the aftertaste.
