Whiskey: Lost Lantern 2023: Watershed Distillery Ohio Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Made from a five-grain mashbill that includes corn, rye, wheat, malted barley, and locally grown spelt, this has a rich, full oak flavor, with notes of baking spice, vanilla sweetness, and fresh oatmeal raisin cookies. Aged for 7 years in a 53-gallon barrel, this is the oldest straight bourbon whiskey we’ve ever released, and one of the only 7-year-old releases to date from Watershed.
