Fortified Wine: Gutierrez Colosia | Moscatel Soleado – NV
This is a sweet style of sherry produced using the traditional ‘pasil’ method which involves spreading the harvested bunches of Moscatel grapes on the sand and drying them in the sun. Intensely sweet and rich, this is a wonderfully aromatic wine with delicious notes of raisins, golden sultanas, jasmine and honeysuckle.
