Gothic Gin takes its name from Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, where founder Chris Klug first tried his hand at gin making – and found out he was rather good at it. Back in Petaluma, California, corn-based neutral spirit is used to create a sweeter base, with Valencian orange and Portuguese eucalyptus featuring alongside classic gin botanicals.
