Whiskey: Dark Valley Shepherd’s Crook DVW Single Cask Single Malt Whisky | 500ML

To create this whisky, Dark Valley sourced ‘new make’ from the now closed Redlands Distillery that was distilled in June 2016 and matured the spirit in a 20L Port cask for 794 days at their custom build facility in Malbina, Tasmania. Once the whisky was deemed ready, it was then bottled at a cask strength of 65.6% alc yielding 31 bottles.
