Hailing from the Alto Adige and made from 100% Pinot Bianco, this is a mineral driven white from Cantina Terlan, fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 6-7 months. On the nose, crisp notes of apple and pear mingle with aromas of raspberry and lime, together with a touch of camomile and lemongrass, carrying through on the palate with salty minerality.
