A beautiful expression of South African Pinot Noir from Hamilton Russell Vineyards. Grapes are grown in low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, a cool maritime mesoclimate, resulting in naturally tiny yields of well under 35 hl/ha, resulting in a Pinot Noir that is not overtly fruity, soft and «sweet» and displays savoury hints along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume.
