Notes of scrumptious, ripe peach are followed by subtle aromas of lychee and elderflower. The grenache is mutated before the end of fermentation by centrifugation which allows us not to augment the sulfite level and to bring out a wine that has the same characteristics as a dry wine, and as natural as possible.
