Bright yellow. Aromas of spices, coconut and crème brûlée au citron put me in mind of a mini-Chevalier-Montrachet. At once creamy and zesty on the palate, delivering a subtle earthy complexity lifted by lime blossom. The wine’s compelling density and almost syrupy thickness are countered by pungent treble notes. Finishes very dry and classic, with shocking freshness and floral lift.
