Grès is a dry and aromatic white wine composed of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng from sandstone soil vineyards that are around 20 years of age. Heavily citrus dominant, there is also delicate texture from lees ageing, with abundant refreshing acidity and a wonderful saline-mineral tension.
