A beautiful English sparkling from Gusbourne made from 100% Chardonnay and aged on the lees for a minimum of 33 months. Bright golden in colour, with a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is full of citrus aromas, with lemon, pink grapefruit and orange zest, followed by notes of green apple and white flowers.
