For the El Enemigo Chardonnay, the Aleanna winery chooses grapes from the Adrianna Vineyard in the heights of Gualtallary in Uco. This wine spent nine months in barrels beneath a veil of flor, and, although the presence of the flor is slight, it does lend a subtle saline note on the palate that blends with the flavors of ripe white fruits.
