The Historical XIX Century was first released in 2004 as an homage to the wines of Bordeaux that once included Syrah. It is a rare and unique wine that consists of 90% fruit from Margaux (half-and-half Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) with 10% Syrah from the Northern Rhône.
