The base wine was aged in oak barrels. The nose reveals aromas of citrus fruits, crunchy apples and yellow plums, along with fine tones of caramelized almonds, underscored with spicy notes of candied ginger and fennel seeds. Gripping on the palate, strict, with good grip, mineral chalk touch and subtle caramel oak notes.
