Produced by Champagne Sanger, it’s 100% chardonnay and made only from grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards and is given an extended ageing on the lees. On the nose there’s lemon and subtle meringue, toast, coffee and hazelnut notes. It’s racy on the palate, with delicate bubbles and a long, rich, mature finish.
