Medium yellow. Deep nose, very complex, apple, lemon, vegetal notes, hazelnut, spicy and grassy components. The palate begins powerfully, shows pressure and a lot of energy, the first notes of ripeness are recognizable, but there is also juicy fruit, carried by a very distinctive acidity, aromatic again with citrus fruits, ripe cider apples.
