La Germine made its debut in 2005 and the 2016 release is a wonderfully expressive wine made from 97% Syrah with 3% Viognier incorporated. Medium-bodied, silky and svelte, it offers up lovely notes of black fruits, violet flowers and cracked black pepper. A classical expression executed perfectly.
