Medium to deep ruby-red, but not quite opaque. Aromas are of rich, over-mature, dried-fruits with figs & sultana notes. The palate is beautifully together. Initially there is good grip, then it becomes smooth. Good acidity lifts clean fruit from among smooth cocoa-butter notes to give a fresh finish.
