This release has a brilliant and limpid yellow colour with golden reflections and a beautiful brilliance. its effervescence is sustained, the cordon is very present and the bubbles are lively and fine. the nose is fresh and fruity, with notes of white fruits, mainly pear, and hints of dried fruits (hazelnut and almond).
