This release is the maison’s 1949 ‘Beaune-Avaux’, of which only few bottles remain available on the market. The dry and warm summer conditions of 1949 ripened the grapes nicely, which resulted in a fine harvest at the end of September. An outstanding vintage for both red and white Burgundy.
